In North America. It was bundle with the Nintendo GameCube.

In Europe. Game was firstly part of the Nintendo GameCube Mario Kart: Double Dash. Limited Pak. And also a bundle with a GameCube. Controller. And Mario Kart: Double Dash.

In the United Kingdom. The Collector's Edition was in reach of GameCube owners. Who mailed Nintendo proof of purchase. However, consumers can also send proof of purchase of two titles from the Player's Choice range to receive the game.
