Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are in their original condition with all packaging and accessories included. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Depending on the issue, we aim to resolve returns through troubleshooting, repair, replacement, or store credit, which are often the fastest options. Refunds are available when approved, but may include a restocking fee (10–20%). For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping, while change-of-mind returns require the customer to pay return shipping.
